They limit access to their markets by vending within their companies.
for those of you that don't know Pepsi owns TacoBell, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Pizza hut.

These new mega corporations don't fall under monopoly laws because the businesses are diversified.
However, they limit access to markets and decrease competition through use of in company vendors.
That can't be conducive to fair business practices.
Someday Disney will own all the world's companies and everyone will have to wear funny hats and three finger gloves to work.
